though ability to do complete refits if required. All work considered.

Guarantee that if a job is undertaken there won't be weeks of
waiting for someone to return to finish things off. If a job is started work
is carried out until completion. (Working times can be negotiated out of normal
hours if disruption to supply causes inconvenience, e.g. when working from home)
