Experienced in periodic inspections for industry and Local Borough Council (LABC) requirements for rental, Part P inspection and testing , homebuying/selling as well as independent development and renting. Qualifications updated to the industry latest revised standards of Level 3 2382-10 for BS7671 17th Edition, also with 2391 level 3 certification which assesses practical application as well as technical knowledge specifically to standards required for periodic reporting for the full scope of BS7671 installation inspection, testing, & certification. This encompasses industrial, commercial, domestic and special locations work. I am also registered for Part P self-certification with the NICEIC which is relevant in relation to notifiable domestic installation work.

You may fall short legally if you don't have periodic inspection and testing if:

You may also require a report for LABC requirements if you have carried out notifiable work that you have failed to notify. This service is also carried out and sometimes requested by councils when leaving rented accommodation.
